Tamarind Arts Council Gallery (NYC) Call for Artists Who Are Deaf

Tamarind Arts Council is seeking works from artist who are deaf and hard of hearing to for an upcoming show juried show at our New York City gallery. Please submit work in JPEG format. Works may be submitted either by e-mail or CD. If you want mailed materials returned please include an SASE with return postage. Please label works with your name followed by a number which will correspond to a sheet with the following information, title, year, medium, and size. Also include an artist statement, CV, and bio.
Participants will be notified by February 1, 2009. If accepted, ready-to-hang artworks will be at Tamarind Arts no later than spring of 2009.
This show will take place in early spring 2009 at the Tamarind Art Council in New York City.
